The UK's premium Proline Dirt Indoor Challenge took place on 15-17th April.
Three complete days of racing were fully loaded with some great high competition racing of more than 126 entered drivers for this event. All of the best UK drivers as well several top European drivers entered this race to battle for the prestigious win.

Team XRAY brought all of the UK drivers to compete with the brand new XRAY XB8-TQ which John Hazlewood had recently used to TQ the previous National Championship. Expectations and confidence were both high for the Xray team.
Team XRAY UK dominated already in qualifying with Ryan Donovan setting TQ with his XRAY XB8-TQ followed closely by the talented young driver Linus Thern from Sweden. Jon Hazlwedood secured the third qualifying position. Ryan's TQ secured him a direct final position so he could relax and enjoy watching the semi finals. In the exciting semifinals Jon Hazlewood set the pace with his XRAY buggy and easily won the semi final. Joining Jon Hazlewood and Ryan Donovan in the final was Matthew Perry running with XRAY to make it 3 XRAY's in the final race.

In the final race Jon Hazlewood got on the pace and after a short time got into lead and kept the lead and after an hour race crossed the finish line first by a two laps. A great result and first win at a large international high competition level win for Jon Hazlewood with his new XRAY XB8-TQ.
